In Progress Orders
These are orders that were not successfully placed. You will need to cancel this in-progress order by following these steps:
- Sign In through the Zip Canada Customer Portal
- Click on the order
- Click Cancel and click on the Confirm button
- The in-progress order will disappear from your open orders
These are orders that has been authorized by the merchant. During this state, Zip allows merchants up to 7 days to decide on whether they can deliver on your order (depending on product/service availability and other factors). Once the merchant has decided, the order within your Zip Customer Portal will update automatically. This is a set process with a set timeline and it cannot be manually changed by our support team.
Open orders have been initially accepted by the merchant. Open orders show the “requested” amount (plus fees) and it can take up to 7 days to update/process. What we mean by update/process is, if you requested more than what was needed for an order it will be corrected so you pay the correct order total.
In some instances, updates to an order may take up to 13 days to process. If you have not seen an order update as expected, please let us know and we can look into it further.
