Is that the same number that I receive from the merchant when they confirm my order?
Great Question! Similar to your one-time-use virtual card, your 12-digit reference number is also a Zip Canada exclusive. Once your Zip Canada installment plan is created, we give you a reference number to identify, track, and manage your order through the Customer Portal.
After your order is placed and processed, you should have received a confirmation email directly from the merchant with your order details, including the merchant-specific order number. This is not something we typically have access to as the payment processor. If you are unable to find this email from the merchant, we recommend checking your spam folder.
