Similar to your one-time-use virtual card, your 12-digit reference number is also a Zip Canada exclusive. Once your Zip Canada installment plan is created, we give you a reference number to identify, track, and manage your order through the Customer Portal.
After your order is placed and processed, you should receive a confirmation email directly from the merchant with your order details, including the merchant-specific order number. This is not something we typically have access to as the payment processor. If you are unable to find this email from the merchant, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder.
